		<description>Wow.  I&#039;m going to move my goal to do 50 push-ups up by a month to match your 30 Day Project.  :-)

I can do 10 right now - that&#039;s how many I&#039;ve been doing a day for the last week.  I&#039;ll start this project off by doing four sets of 10 today - two sets at around 5pm (after work during the week and before going out on the weekends) and 2 sets before bed.  I&#039;ll add 1 to each set from 2/2-2/13, taking me up to 22 per set by 2/13.  I&#039;ll then add 2 to each set from 2/14-2/27.  That should take me to 50 per set by the end of the month without killing myself.
